Massachusetts Department of Education Many resources are available through the DOE web site, here are just three: School Matters by Standard and Poor's Standard & Poor's recently launched their "School Matters" website, which they describe as - "a public source for information and analysis about our nation's public schools. SchoolMatters provides rich information and powerful search and comparison tools to help uncover the stories behind the numbers, and further the discussion about how to improve student performance...Perhaps even more significantly, this project provides easy access to data and analyses to help guide informed decisions on behalf of our school systems and children."
