Median Home Price – 20032003 Median Home Prices ranged from a high of $1,060,938 in Weston to a low of $274,000 in Salisbury. Wenham’s 2003 median home price is reported as $565,000 (71st percentile) and Hamilton’s is $469,500 (50th percentile).
