Median Home Price – 1998 to 2003 % Change

Median Home Prices showed the greatest increase in Salisbury, where they reportedly rose 124%, from $122,250 in 1998 to $274,000 in 2003.  Dover was reported to have the most modest increase among our comparison group, at 50% over the five year period ($501,500 to $754,500).  Wenham increased by 87%, from $302,500 to $565,000 (89th percentile), and Hamilton increased 81%, from $260,000 to $469,500 (62nd percentile).
