11/26/07 - Until I can marshal additional resources, this website and the Update are being put on the back burner.

What will it take to resurrect the Update (newsletter)?

$60 a year to pay for the mailing list service, more money would be needed if the number of people on the list expands.
A volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week gathering information which it compiled into a word document or email. I take that document and convert it to HTML and post it to the home page of the website, and then I send it out as an email.
Additional funding to help defray hosting costs, registration expenses etc.
